This site is a tribute to John Nicoll. He is much loved and will always be remembered.

Our lives will never be the same again, John died peacefully at home on Friday 21st August


We are devastated but so comforted that he was so peaceful at the end - and in true John Nicoll style he 100% did it his way at home, in bed, with us all around him. 


Our last night together was our 26th wedding anniversary at home in our own bed. 


We have had nearly 30 years together and I am so blessed to have been loved by him for all that time  - I just wish we could have done it for longer. 

Our kids are being absolutely amazing and will miss him so much - but how lucky were they to have such a wonderful Dad. 


John was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in 2016 and as a family we wish to continue to support the work of Sarcoma UK - a charity that has supported us over this time.
